- 1st Level Document Review : This level of review entails identifying confidential/non-confidential, privileged/non-privileged documents and marking hot docs based on a list of key words provided by our clients
- Attorney Level Document Review: This level of review is done by our licensed attorneys. We understand the facts of the case from our clients and then identify and mark relevant documents in the production based on the actual issues and the litigation strategy adopted.
Legal research : Our qualified legal professionals trained in the US Litigation System conduct legal research on Westlaw and draft a memo with our conclusions.
Drafting Memos : Our Licence Attorneys can prepare well organized and accurate memos on the basis of legal research conducted on identified issues.
Deposition Summaries : Our deposition summaries are precise and adequately detailed. We follow the traditional "page, line" format but in the event the client has a specific format that their practice or law firm follows we can easily mirror that.
